*CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME is 20 Business Days (SHIPPING TIME NOT INCLUDED) from the Production Manager's approval of the design and print. This time frame can change daily. Parasols cannot be rushed sooner.
CUSTOMER FEATURED DESIGNS: If we love your design, we will send you a free bag with your design and a 50% discount code for your next order!
Custom Parasols: Due to the high demand, and the time needed to ensure your Custom Parasol meets our product quality standards, the current production time can be up to two weeks, not including shipping time.
All other products: Once your order is placed, the standard fulfillment time will range between 1 - 4 business days. During peak season, processing time can take up to 5-7 business days.
USPS First Class is a standard form of shipping which comes with tracking information but does not come with insurance should the package get lost. Shipping time depends on where in the US or world the package is going.
EXPRESS 2-3 DAY (Insured up to $50) is an expedited form of shipping that comes with a tracking number and is insured up to $50.00 if the package is damaged or lost in transit. Delivery time from date of shipping is 2 business days.
FedEx Overnight Shipping is our most expedited form of shipping. Delivery time from date of shipping is next business day.
* We are not able to estimate shipping time for international orders, as this is heavily influenced by each country's customs rules and regulations, as well as the type of shipping that the customer chooses.*
Packages that were delivered and stolen from your door or postal cluster box (apartment style) are not covered by the shipping service's insurance.

Our shipping is contracted out to both FedEx and the United States Postal Service, and is not handled by any entity controlled or influenced by Wear It Apparel. We unfortunately do not have any further insight into the shipping systems of either FedEx or USPS than what is publicly available through a tracking number. AFTER an order is shipped, customers should direct all questions, inquiries, and problems related to their package directly to the customer service team of the shipping service they selected. Customers understand that Wear It does not control or have any influence over shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages, and agrees to hold harmless Wear It from any of the aforementioned issues.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected). Wear It Apparel is not responsible for items that are stolen from your door or apartment style cluster box. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please make sure to specify order number(s) with your return so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still, have the original tags attached.
There are only a few thing that we can't take back...
Because we can't guarantee the style/size desired by the time your items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
When returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), and can not have been purchased while on sale or an item clearance; sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery.
We strive to make sure that every item ordered ships to the correct person, without defects. If your package is not correct please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item.
In the case of an incorrect item sent we will request back the item. Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card for the amount of your damaged item, and the cost of shipping.
If your fan breaks, we will replace your fan within the first 30 days, free of charge. You must first send two photos: one clear image showing the entire fan, and a second image (close-up), of the broken area(s). We may send you a return label and request you return your broken fan. Once we receive your broken fan, and we will mail you another replacement.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Wear It Apparel & NowWearIt.com does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Please include your order number in the box / envelope. Once we receive your item, we will process your request.

Print proofs are generated online with our customizer app and when graphic support is requested. Guides are provided with our customizer app; we recommend placing your graphic within the guides and
Please note we cannot guarantee color accuracy of printed item. Color represented on your monitor appear different than the actual printed item. Due to the effects of our unique Ultra Violet print method, colors may shift in hue and saturation slightly to react stronger under Blacklit lighting conditions.
